Is the Bear Grylls ultimate survival knife waterproof?

i go on a lot of fishing trips by myself and I'm around water a lot. I was wondering if the bear Grylls knife by Gerber would be a good choice? i really like the LMF 2 which is a lot like bear's knife, but more expensive. And yes i realize this is not the actual knife he uses I'm not even that big of a fan. I'm kind of new to knife buying so as a inexperienced kid i don't know much about what is what so if you have any suggestions on another knife that would be good for me or your feelings about this knife i would appreciate it.
