If i owned a horse barn do you think i could make it my career ?

And not have to work a second job . Im thinking along the lines of a 20 stall horse barn . I would like to train and give lessons to inexperienced riders and if you know anything about business whats the best way to get started financially if i wanted to open my own business ? like a loan or something ? please help !
