Why did Obama's secret service goons pull a 7th grader out of school and interrogate him for an hour?

They violated his rights, he is a juvenile and has the right to have his parent or legal guardian present. I understand taking all threats made to the President or his family as serious, but we still have laws. If the threat was in fact real, the child would have gotten off because of the illegal questioning. The fact that the Secret Service hasn't responded to request for comment means they know they are on thin ice legally.
