Turns out that one of my "tormentors" is gay. Should I tell?

In my city a event that's something like a carnival for LGBT youth is held once a year and since I didn't go last year I made it a point to go this year. I was walking around, playing games, eating cotton candy, just having a good time and I (literally) bump into one of the guys that made my life a living hell Freshmen year (we'll call him Ryan). I didn't do anything but stare at him and then he was like "look, I know that what I did to you was wrong considering that I'm...you know, and I'm sorry but please don't tell anyone you saw me here." I shrugged it off and left. I seriously want to just blurt it out. He and his goon squad tortured me all of last year. Throwing books at me, chasing me down the hall, calling me f@gs. I'm pretty much justified in telling everyone his secret, but, would it be wrong for me tell everyone?
